Wow I feel old!! Last night my cute brother and niece graduated from MCHS!! Crazy! I love these two so much. They are amazing kids!! Well I guess they aren't kids anymore but hey they will always be kids to me. Here are some things I love about each of them.

Jordan-always fun to joke around with and goof off with, fun-outgoing personality, gets along with everybody, likes to give me crap (I guess that's what little brother's do best!!), can always make me smile no matter how bad my day is, the CUTEST uncle ever!! my kids love him and I think he likes them maybe a little... ha ha.. we love you so much jo-jo and congrats on graduating!! good luck on the mission! we know you will be a great missionary!

Kayla-gives me a big hug everytime I see her, keeps me up on great music-gossip-fashion etc.., fun to go shopping with, great friend to everyone, tells it like it is, so good with my kids, great athlete!! -she is amazing and I am not just saying that because I am her aunt!!, keeps me laughing always!! we love you too kay, and congrats on graduating and good luck with whatever you decide to do in the future!!

3 YeArS oLd & 7 MoNtHs

Well we just got new pictures of the kids and this time they did great! Avree was getting her 3 year pictures and Kason was getting his 7 month pictures. I can't believe that they are already that old! I guess time flies. The girl that did them was so good at getting them to smile. It was all over before we even knew it. Here are a few that I really liked!

We have been talking about cutting Kason's hair for a while. It was getting a little long on top and covering his ears (which really bugged me.) But it seems like after they get their first hair cut they have that big boy look....I was not ready for my baby look all grown up, but it was time. So on Saturday, Nick's mom (who does an awesome job with the whole families hair) cut it for us. Thanks Sher! He looks so cute!

Nick and I just got back from our cruise to Mexico. We had so much fun!! I highly recommend it to anyone out there who needs a fun vacation getaway. We went for four days and there was always something to do. We saw some cool shows, ate lots of food, and soaked up some sun!! It was the perfect vacation!

Tagged Again!

So I got tagged again. I guess when it rains it POURS!! And this is a hard one!! I have had a hard time thinking of what to write. Anyway, I have to write 6 things I like about myself... so here goes....
1. I always try and smile!! I like to see what a smile and a hello can do for someone else. I have tried to make this a habit. I notice when people smile at me and are genuinely concerned about how I am doing and what is going on in my life. So I always try to smile and maybe make someone's day a little better.

2. I work hard for what I have. I have always believed that if you want something you have to work hard to get it. I have been very blessed and I am so thankful for what I have. I have worked very hard to get where I am today and I am proud of myself and so grateful for my husband who has been right there with me teaching me as I go. Thanks Nick!! I have learned so much from you. i.e. sprinklers, car maintenance, painting, and yes, even sanding a school bus.

3. I am protective of those that I love. I have very special people in my life and I don't like when others treat them badly. I guess this is kinda the momma bear coming out in me. I pity the children that are mean to my kids! ha ha.

4. I am pretty creative. I love to decorate, paint, do craft projects, make curtains, etc. I always move things around in my house to make room for new things!!

5. I am constantly trying to learn. I have been working at the library for almost eight years now. I finished my classes and am now certified with the state. I have taken all of the computer classes that I can. I love to learn and so I am always looking for something new to do or to accomplish.

6. I am a truly happy person. I try to always have a positive outlook, and I have good reasons to do that. I feel like where I am right now is pretty good. I have a wonderful husband who always keeps me smiling. I have been blessed with two beautiful, healthy, children. I have great parents and siblings, and have married into a wonderful family who treats me as if I am their own. And life is good. I couldn't ask for anything more.

And so I tag... everyone who reads this!!! It is a good one. It takes a while but I think it is good to find the things that you like about yourself. I really had to think hard on this one!

1. WERE YOU NAMED AFTER ANYONE? Kind of I guess, my dad said I looked like an angel when I was born hence the name Angela so I guess you could say I was named after someone!

5. DO YOU HAVE KIDS? One crazy little two and a half year old, one sweet, precious six month old, and one big twenty-six year old!!

7. DO YOU USE SARCASM A LOT? When you live with the most sarcastic person ever you have to!!
8. DO YOU STILL HAVE YOUR TONSILS? Yes, thank goodness, it looks pretty painful to have them out!
9. WOULD YOU BUNGEE JUMP? I am with Emily on this one, maybe for 2 million dollars, but probably not for anything less.
10. WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE CEREAL? Waffle crisp! It is soooo good! Try it!
11. DO YOU UNTIE YOUR SHOES WHEN YOU TAKE THEM OFF? A lot of my shoes don't tie, but if they do, yes I untie them.
12. DO YOU THINK YOU ARE STRONG? Not really, but I can carry a eighteen pound baby around in his carseat so I am getting there!!
13. WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE ICE CREAM? Pretty much any flavor that's the problem!! I really like Cold Stone!
14. WHAT IS THE FIRST THING YOU NOTICE ABOUT PEOPLE? Their outfit or their hair.
15. RED OR PINK? Pink I Looooove Pink.
16. WHAT IS THE LEAST FAVORITE THING ABOUT YOURSELF? I think that I care too much about what other people think I need to just chill out and not care.

26. FAVORITE SPORTS TO WATCH? Basketball, I like to watch the Jazz with Nick! It was a great game last night! The games are even better when you are there though!
27. HAIR COLOR? Blonde with some highlights, I have been brown too though and I really liked it! It changes a lot!!
28. EYE COLOR? Green, with some blue. Sometimes they are more blue! Just depends on what I am wearing.
9. DO YOU WEAR CONTACTS? Yes, since like sixth grade.
30. FAVORITE FOOD? Pasta, Roast and Potatoes at Nick's parents house on Sundays.

32. LAST MOVIE YOU WATCHED? The whole thing????? Um probably I Am Legend. You don't get to watch a movie the whole way through when you have two kids unless you stay up really late.

This weekend was so much fun!! Nick's sister Sasha invited us to stay at their house in Farmington on Friday night. We drove down Friday morning and met up with Nick's parents and sisters. Then we went to lunch and did a little shopping at Target. After we went to Little America and let the kids swim. They had a blast in the pool. Then of course we went to dinner at the Spaghetti Factory. (It's tradish:) On Saturday we headed up to Park City to hit the outlets for some serious shopping. We had a great time and really appreciate Sasha and her family letting us stay at their house! We even had our own little apartment downstairs. Thanks Sash and yes you do have a sick, sweet ride!!

Looking outside today you wouldn't know it but yesterday was like 70 degrees so we went to the park with the cousins! We enjoyed the warm weather and were outside pretty much all day. Avree insisted on wearing her sunglasses and I got a few cute pictures with her wearing them. Does anybody know a two year old that has to wear sunglasses?? Well I guess when you are two going on fifteen it is a must! So that is the latest in the life of the Anderson's.
