Funny Boy, Snow Day, MTC & St. George!! Warning Long Post!!

I have a lot to catch up on. We just got back from St. George and had a blast. We were there for a full week and didn't want to come home. The weather was so nice and there was no snow! It was awesome and very relaxing. We went to the home show with Sherry & Neil & Lyndsay & Byron and saw some amazing houses. We shopped a lot of course and ate at all the places we wanted to. We went to Las Vegas on Monday and found some awesome outlets. They had EVERYTHING. We could have spent days there. So fun. We swam every day with the kids and got in the hot tub at night. They loved the pool of course. We got to play a crazy few games of volleyball with Kevin and Preston and of course my team won! And Sasha and I got to shop together while the boys golfed! It was perfect and I want to go back. It is way to cold here.

This is a funny story. One of the guys at the home show gave Kason a Hershey's Chocolate bar. Well thinking he couldn't open it I gave it to him with the wrapper on and didn't think much of it. Well I looked back on our way to the next house and this is what I saw! He had put the whole thing in his mouth and chocolate was squeezing out all over. Bad move mom! It was so cute though and he loves chocolate. He was pretty mad when dug the wrapper out of his mouth though.

A beautiful day. Avree, Braxton, & Brooklyn. The sky was so blue!

Kason and the chocolate again!

Daddy & Avree.

Eating at the Cheesecake Factory.

Avree at Ceasars Palace. She thought the slot machines should be for kids too. She wanted to play them the whole time we were there!

Us at Ceasars Palace! I look so bad it was soooooo windy so my hair is lovely!

Dax & Kason in their twinner jammies and crocs in St. George! Avree & her noodle she loved!

The whole fam at the MTC. A very sad/happy day! He is doing great and acutually loves being at the MTC and learning the gospel! So we are so excited and he flies out to Washington DC next Wednesday. Wow how time flies.

Here are some pics of our snow day!! We played for a while and then got too tired!!

Kason has been so fun lately. He makes funny faces and repeats everything you say. In his own cute little way! I absolutely love it. His personality is really starting to come out and he is a pretty funny boy. He entertains our class every Sunday and they would much rather watch him than listen to Nick and I!! Here are some pics I have of him just being silly.

My Little Brother, A Missionary!?!

So as most of you know my little brother Jordan accepted a call to serve in the Washington DC South mission a few weeks ago. I am so excited for him! He will be an amazing missionary and we are all so proud. He has a great personality and can get along with everyone. He keeps us laughing with his nicknames for everyone and his funny sayings.
At the same time I am sad to see him go. I have such mixed emotions right now. I know it will be so good for him and he will do an awesome job. But my big sister instincts kick in and I want to go and 'beat up all the kids that are mean to him.' Sounds crazy I know but we will really miss him. My kids love him so much. Everyday when I take the kids to my mom's house (my sister that lives there is their nanny,) we get out of the car and Kason is yelling "Jo Jo." He absolutely loves him. He will walk over to his picture at our house and yell for him too. Jordan is so good with them too and always makes them laugh. So we are so sad/happy that he is going. I know that the everyone there will take care of him and the Lord will watch over him. So good luck Jord, we love you and will miss you.

Oh and for everyone who has asked, he speaks at 11:00 on February 8th in the new Providence church. If you need the address you can call my mom.
