Opening Presents

The First of Two Train Cakes

Kason turned two on the 18th! Wow how time flies! We had lots of two's all weekend. Complete with two train cakes, two birthday parties and two kids who loved every moment of all the partying! Kason got so many wonderful presents from everyone and had a gread birthday weekend.
Here are some things that Kason is up to lately:
-Is so polite, when I change his diaper he says "fanks, mom." Or when I give him his dinner plate, etc. It melts my heart everytime!
-He is in the 75th percentile for weight and height! A BIG boy. His head is in the
95th percentile! Yeah it runs in the family!
-He and Avree weigh almost exactly the same!
-He is so loving and doesn't have a mean bone in his body. When Avree hits or yells at him he acts so surprised. I have to remind him to hit her back!
-He loves his bed and is a great sleeper!
-When you show him a picture of Jesus and ask "Who is this Kason?" He says "Jesus Christ, Amen!" So cute!
-He loves his dad and is always asking where he is all day.
-He loves trains, dora and diego, tigger and pooh, and any tractor!
-He loves any animals.
-He always wants to "say preyas" every night before bed.
He is such an easy child. I am so lucky to have been so blessed to be his mom! He has such a sweet spirit and he has a great sense of humor to! We love you so much little man.

My Sweet Little Girl!

I just have to share this cute story. The other day I picked Avree up from preschool and we were in the car. She had gotten a cookie for one of the kid's birthday's at school. Kason really wanted the cookie, he was asking her over and over for a "bite Av." Our conversation went something like this.
"Av can you give Kason a bite of your cookie."
"Yeah mom."
I usually have a little resistance to this so I turned around to see what was going on.
" Av you didn't have to give him the whole thing."
"It's ok mom, I just wanted you to be happy."
I about started to cry. What a sweet little girl. She was so nice and didn't even argue and gave Kason the whole cookie. He loved it and had it all over in about two seconds! What a nice sister though. They are best friends and love each other so much.

Avery, Avree, Kason, Logan. Such cute kids!!

We had a great time last night with the Graham's. We went to Black Island Farms in Syracuse. It was so fun. We went on the hayride and got to pick a pumpkin for everyone first. The kids absolutely loved it and Kason kept talking about the tractor the whole time. Then we headed off to the slides and to see the animals. They had baby cows, pigs, and some sheep and goats. They were all so cute. The slides were so cool. They had made them out of hay bales and huge sheets of plastic. It was like a playground made of straw. They also had a bounce house and a cute little train that the kids could ride. There was so much to do, plus we had so much fun just hanging out and talking. Then we headed off to Boston's for some great food. We had such a fun time. I love fall and this was the perfect activity for us and our kids.
